Owner Silvia Turcotte has been in the hair industry for over twenty years. After obtaining her cosmetology license, she started managing a hair replacement business, which she has now owned for over 16 years. Silvia’s husband Rob joined the company in 2006 when Silvia decided to add Low Level Laser Therapy to the business. Rob joined to help promote the new service and was trained in laser treatments and participates in laser conferences.

Silvia and Rob opened the second office in 2007 in South Orlando to better serve their clients and grow the business. Currently, Rob handles the management side of the business, while Silvia works on the creative side. Silvia, Rob and the entire HCI staff pride themselves on their creativity, customer service and satisfaction, and quality.
